The 2021 company-wide focus on creating client value was successful with 93% ARR growth, 99% customer retention and 31% annual subscription expansion, representing 131% net dollar retention.
Additionally, despite the well-documented challenges in the labor market, establishing a stable and experienced team was also successful, with 100% staff retention and the addition of key leadership roles. In key role expansion, Mike Hollibaugh joined as Chief Technology Officer and Ann Torry joined as Vice President of Marketing.
This combination of deeper client relationships and enhanced team expertise allowed Pitchly to finalize both its complete product design and ideal customer profile. With this clarity, the company was able to establish significant new distribution channels, including notable partnerships with Templafy, a leading global content enablement platform, and Williams Lea a leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services.
Pitchly also rounded out the year by completing an investment round to support ambitious growth, hiring and product roadmap innovations for 2022.
